Not yet a corporate subscriber?

How much does an AFR corporate subscription cost?

Pricing is based on the number of Users within your team, department or entire business. We offer volume discounts and tailor a quote specific to your business needs.

How do we get billed?

Corporate subscriptions are billed once annually in advance. You will receive one invoice that covers all the Users on your account.

Are there limits on usage?

An Enterprise Licence can be used by all staff on any device in any location and covers your agreed amount of Users across your entire business. A Team Licence is for a selected team of 5 or more.

There are no article limits on afr.com for those covered by the licence you take out.

How do we set up a Corporate Subscription?

Talk directly to one of our dedicated Sales Representatives at +61 420 618 495. When your tailored quote is agreed, we will send your subscription agreement. Once signed and returned, your access will be enabled.

How is access implemented with a team or business?

For a Team Licence, you will provide us with a list of email addresses or print delivery details and we will activate your account as per the agreed subscription start date. Access to the website is granted via your work email address.

For Enterprise, we will provide you all the tools needed to set up and manage your own subscription.  You will be able to add, remove and manage Users via self service. We also offer dedicated customer service for any subscription queries.

How do logins work?

An Enterprise and Team Licence will provide an individual login linked to your business domain for each corporate subscriber that will be unique to that User.

If a User has changed their name, how do I update their email address?

You will need to revoke the User’s access and add them again as a new subscriber. You cannot edit an email once the subscriber is created.

A User was unable to register via the shared invite link and they do not appear on our User list at all.

Any User with an email address which was previously registered with one of our sites (via a previous subscription for example) will be unable to add themselves to the licence. An Admin will need to either upload the User in a CSV file or by manually inviting them. The User will receive an invite email and will be prompted to enter their existing password.

A new User’s subscription has been created and they’ve tried to log in, but have been prompted to enter a password which they don’t have.

If their status in the User list is ‘Pending’ then the best solution is for them to click the ‘Forgot Password’ link to reset their password. After they have reset their password they won’t yet be ‘Registered’. They do still need to return to their invite email, click the link and then enter the password at the prompt.

A User’s details have been added to the subscription account, but they still don’t have access.

Check the User’s status on your list of Users.

If their status is ‘Pending’ the User needs to go to their invite email, click the link and complete the registration process. If they can’t locate their invite email you can resend the invite email to them.

If their status is ‘Error’ then the User has an existing password, were asked to enter their password, but clicked ‘Forgot password’ instead. This is resolved by the User returning to enter that password via the link in their invite email.

If their status is ‘Registered’ but they still can not login then they are most likely entering an incorrect email address or password. They must use the same email address as shown in your User list as well as the correct password.

If their status is ‘Registered’, they can login, but still can’t then access full articles then they should log out, clear their browser’s cache and then log back in again.

If this does not solve the issue, please contact  corporate@afr.com.
